ICF BANK AG supports innovative products and market segments. By September 2006, ICF BANK AG had already introduced approximately 120 foreign real estate investment trusts (REITs) into the Open Market (Freiverkehr) segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

REITs are listed stock corporations active in the real estate sector. In order to distinguish REITs from other real estate companies, they are subject to the German REIT Act, although they do enjoy tax advantages.

ICF BANK AG thus enables investors to participate in the success of the REITs growth market.

Sven Titze

Head of Market Making Derivatives Products

Since 2003, ICF BANK has been a specialist in the Börse Frankfurt Certificates quality segment, supporting issuers from the Premium segment and the Open Market (Freiverkehr). A total of 17 issuers and more than 700,000 products are supported.

In calendar year 2017, this represented a market share of over 40% of all orders executed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Our proprietary trading system captures the many years of experience of our brokers and the continuous exchange between our brokers and our in-house software programmers means that we are constantly improving and updating our technical trading environment.

This ensures that our experienced team of brokers executes orders rapidly and in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations at all times. It also enables us to avoid order backlogs.
